These terms govern your use of Lazyloop, the service at app.lazyloop.ai offered by the company named under Company details on this page (“Lazyloop”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, joining a workspace or using Lazyloop, you agree to these terms. If you use Lazyloop for a company, you agree for that company and confirm that you have the authority to do so; “you” then means both you and the company.
1. Who can use Lazyloop
Lazyloop is for businesses. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract, and the law must not bar you from using the service.
2. Your account
- You sign in with Google or with a code we email you. Keep your email and Google accounts secure: anyone who can use them can sign in as you.
- You’re responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at once, at the support contact listed under Company details, if you think someone else has used it.
- Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Workspaces and roles
A workspace belongs to the customer that created it, and its owner controls it: the owner can invite and remove members, change roles, transfer ownership and allow support access. Admins can invite and remove members. If you join a workspace, its owner controls your access to it and to its content.
4. Your content
“Customer content” means the messages, emails, attachments, notes and other information you or your workspace bring into Lazyloop or create in it.
- You keep all rights to your customer content. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit and display it only to provide, secure and support Lazyloop for you, as our Privacy Policy describes.
- You’re responsible for your customer content and for having the rights and permissions it needs, including any notice to or consent from the creators and other people you communicate with.
- We don’t sell customer content, and we don’t use it to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
5. Connected accounts
Lazyloop works with the Instagram, TikTok and Gmail accounts you connect.
- Connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. When you connect an Instagram or TikTok account, you confirm that you manage it.
- Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform’s terms and policies. Platforms can limit, review or disable accounts, including accounts connected to services like Lazyloop, and we’re not responsible for their decisions.
- Lazyloop reads and sends messages for the accounts you connect. It doesn’t post, follow, like or comment for you.
- Lazyloop is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta, Instagram, TikTok or Google.
- You can disconnect an account at any time. We then stop collecting from it, as our Privacy Policy describes.
6. Acceptable use
You won’t, and won’t help or allow anyone else to:
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or messages that harass, threaten, defraud or mislead anyone;
- use Lazyloop to break the law or anyone’s rights, including privacy, intellectual property and consumer protection laws;
- break a connected platform’s terms or limits through Lazyloop;
- access another customer’s data, probe or test Lazyloop’s security without our written permission, or get around access controls or usage limits;
- copy, reverse engineer or resell Lazyloop, or use it to build a competing service;
- upload malware, or content you know to be unlawful.
Influencer marketing is regulated. You’re responsible for following the laws that apply to your campaigns, including the FTC’s Endorsement Guides and their disclosure rules, and for the agreements you make with creators.
We may remove content or suspend access that breaks these rules.
7. Support access and our access
We access your workspace only to provide and support Lazyloop, as these terms and our Privacy Policy describe. Our support team can view a workspace only while its owner allows it: read-only, for the time the owner chooses, with every visit recorded in the workspace’s audit log. In an emergency, such as an outage or a security incident, our engineers may reach systems without that permission under strict controls, and we’ll tell you afterward if your data was involved.
8. Privacy and security
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. We protect customer content with administrative, technical and physical safeguards suited to its sensitivity. If your company needs a data processing agreement, ask the support contact listed under Company details.
9. Fees
Lazyloop is currently offered as a paid pilot. Your order form or pilot agreement sets its fees and payment terms. Before we charge for anything beyond what your order form or pilot agreement covers, or change fees where those documents allow it, we’ll tell you the new prices and terms at least 30 days in advance, and you can stop using Lazyloop before they take effect.
10. Changes to Lazyloop
We’re building Lazyloop actively and may add, change or remove features. We’ll give notice before a change that significantly reduces what Lazyloop does for you. We work to keep Lazyloop available, but we don’t promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
11. Ending your use
- You can stop using Lazyloop at any time, and a workspace owner can ask us to delete the workspace.
- We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if your use creates a security or legal risk, or if we stop offering Lazyloop. When we can, we’ll give notice and a chance to fix the problem first.
- If we stop offering Lazyloop for reasons other than a breach of these terms, we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice and let workspace owners export their conversations.
- After a workspace is deleted, we delete its data as our Privacy Policy describes.
- Sections 4, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 17 continue after your use ends.
12. Disclaimers
LAZYLOOP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON’T WARRANT THAT CONNECTED PLATFORMS WILL KEEP WORKING WITH LAZYLOOP.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, LAZYLOOP IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA, AND LAZYLOOP’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AND 100 US DOLLARS. These limits don’t apply where the law doesn’t allow them.
14. Indemnity
If you use Lazyloop for a company, the company will defend Lazyloop against third-party claims arising from its customer content, its use of connected accounts, or its breach of these terms or the law, and will pay the resulting damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the governing law listed under Company details, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes about these terms or Lazyloop will be heard only in the courts listed there, and both you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll post the new terms on this page with a new effective date and, for a significant change, tell workspace owners by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using Lazyloop after the change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
17. General
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Lazyloop, unless you’ve signed a separate agreement with us, which then takes precedence. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a provision isn’t a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither of us is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
18. Contact
For questions about these terms, email the support contact listed under Company details.
